1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pollaja, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Platform Use

Pollaja is a social polling platform. You agree to:

• Use the platform in good faith and not abuse it.
• Not create content that is unlawful, spreads hate, or harms others.
• Not manipulate voting (double voting, bots, etc.).
• Not create polls containing adult content, discriminatory content, or hate speech.
• Not abuse the comments, mentions (@mention), notification, or direct message features to harass other users.
• Not use direct messages to send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or prohibited material.

3. Account & Poll Creation

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Pollaja. Creating polls requires a registered account. You can sign up using email & password or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Pollaja is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content & Reposts

You are responsible for all content you create on Pollaja, including polls, comments, reposts, direct messages, and profile information. When you repost a poll, any comment you add is your own content and subject to these terms. Direct messages can be reported by recipients; reported messages may be reviewed by our admin team. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Data Integrity

Poll questions and options cannot be changed after a user has cast a vote, in order to maintain data integrity and user trust.

6. Profile & Privacy

You can set your profile to public or private through Settings. A public profile displays your polls and can be followed by other users. A private profile limits the visibility of that information.

7. Account Suspension & Deletion

You can delete your account independently through Settings. When you do, your profile is removed immediately; your polls are permanently deleted; your comments are anonymized (content removed); and votes, bookmarks, follows, and reposts are deleted. We also reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pollaja is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% service availability and are not responsible for losses arising from the use of this platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
